We're still at home, but it feels like we've started travelling. After a very long weekend our furniture and belongings are in a teeny storage shed, we've discovered the power of Craigslist "free stuff" to make unwanted possessions disappear, and we are days away from taking the longest plane flight imaginable.
On Saturday we are off to Johannesburg, and the following months will see us wend our way through South Africa, Uganda, Tanzania, Rwanda and, with luck, Cameroon. And when we get back, the fun won't stop as we've got a wedding in September and an election in November. This blog will mark our story, and we'll try to post anecdotes and photos of the experience.
